Most pieces will range from the 1960s through the 1980s and the previous owner stopped building and collecting sometime around the early 1990s. With that being said, his collection was boxed and stored for a few months. There might and most likely will be some minor missing parts to trains and buildings IE small fences, windows, roofs etc. So please make sure you look carefully at the photos. Pieces of this age, the glue has become somewhat dried out so there is a chance a building might collapse before, and during shipping. Please note due to this, there will be no returns or refunds for these pieces sold from this collection and everything will be as is ~ as received.
