But they did quickly answer very specific question I had about the product, arrived in better condition then I thought. It was gonna be in for the price, so I am extremely happy with the experience I had with them, and would highly recommend them as a supplier you can trust! Def exactly as discribed also! Packed in the original box and styrofoam allowed the box to take the beating, and protect the AC unit 100% FYI

He actually added a saw blade for no additional charge, in the description it did say, Product comes without a blade but there was a new blade with the saw. The product was a great price and exactly as described. I would recommend this product and would purchase for this seller in the future if needed. Pleasent experience overall very satisfied. Thanks
