The vellum binding is well preserved overall, with natural age toning, light surface soiling, minor rubbing, and slight curling and wear at the yapp edges. The small volume presents very nicely in its attractive vellum covering. The text block shows expected age toning, handling wear, and some edge wear to leaves. The opening and rear endpaper/pastedown material show manuscript ownership inscriptions, pen trials, tears, lifting, and small losses. The rear manuscript additions include the ex libris inscription and pen-and-ink head drawing. Occasional marks and red underlining are present in the text.
