It has a copyright date of 1899 on the map. The map was actually "Drawn, Engraved and Printed at their Complete Art Printing Works in Buffalo [NY]," as stated in the title area on the map. A nice small map that would frame up well or could be used in a publication since the copyright has long expired. On the reverse is a similar or partial map. Size: The map image area between the neat lines measures 4 3/8 by 6 5/8 inches on a page measuring 5 by 7 1/4" as seen in the pic. Condition: The map is in Very Good condition with the binding edge untrimmed. It is very clean with no obvious defects to mention, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
