1908 “Let The People Rule” William Jennings Bryan and Kern Postcard. At 79 I’m a retired teacher who was also an antique dealer now beginning to clean out his stock of stored treasures. I’m led to believe that this is one of the scarcer Bryan and Kern postcard designs from the 1980 election. Buyer to pay $5 for shipping with tracking within the U.S. due to the new postal rates.
