They are a very heavy, sturdy wool with a button placket front. ⊹ High waist: 26” (will likely reach your ribcage). Deadstock 1940s WWII trousers. These beautiful trousers are 100% wool & are unworn with their original tags still attached! They are a very heavy, sturdy wool with a button placket front. Complete with lovely pinstriped lining at the waist — a rare detail in women’s wear. These were a very lucky find, in near pristine condition. The only damage I noticed is one tiny moth bite at the hem, though as with any vintage garment, I may have missed something! Please be aware, this is a nearly 90 year old piece of clothing!
