1976 Original Vintage Aerosmith Concert T-shirt Purchased at MSG 12/17/76. Provenance: Bought on-site at the MSG Aerosmith concert in Fall 1976 (possible dates include around December 1976 shows with Rick Derringer or similar; ticket stub available for verification). An authentic, original 1976 Aerosmith concert t-shirt purchased outside the Madison Square Garden (MSG) show in New York City during the Fall of 1976 on the Rocks tour era, specifically, 12/17/76. I attended the show myself and still have the original ticket stub as proof of attendance. The opening act was Rick Derringer . (I will be putting that t-shirt up for sale, as well. I ushered his show at the College of Staten Island in 1979.) Aerosmith was excellent that night and I was hooked, and I "discovered" Rick Derringer too. Front: Classic early Aerosmith winged "A" logo in red/orange gradient with light blue accents, above the stylized "AEROSMITH" script in blue. Back: Full-color group photo of the band (Steven Tyler in his signature look, Joe Perry, and the full lineup) sitting together, with the large, winged Aerosmith "A" logo below in vibrant red, orange, and blue. This is a true original 1970s screen-printed black cotton tee (not a reproduction or modern reprint). The graphics show nice vintage wear consistent with its age — some fading, cracking, and softness from decades of wear that give it that authentic broken-in rock tee feel. Sleeves appear slightly rolled or hemmed in photos, typical of the era. No major holes or stains noted, but please review all photos carefully as this is a 50-year-old garment.
