  1. 1. vendor could have been more timely with communications/shipping(several days after cleared payment) 2. could have shipped 65+ year old document w/ something to stiffen/protect it-even if it did cost more- item arrived w/ 4 slight creases not in listing photo / description. THAT WAS MY FAULT- special handling was clearly discussed in listing - i missed it - Vendor did send a nice detailed note and other than slight creases, item was exactly as listed. A- 4 1/2 stars Recommend Would Use Again
