They are all dressed up and ready to party. There is a horn in their right hand ready to be blown and a noisemaker in the left hand. A confetti streamer is wrapped around his neck and back, like it just fell from the sky. There’s gold tone accents around the top hat,buttons,scarf,sleeves, and noisemaker.
