The product I received wasn't a "wood product", but was good quality, price, condition and looked really nice, but I needed something heavier, for the art I was framing. The seller stood behind the product and issued a full return quickly. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from this seller, because they actually have integrity. You won’t find better customer service on eBay. They shipped me the wrong item, but they were very responsive and turned the situation around in about a day. Their product is nice quality. Their packaging was smart and avoided damage to easily-damaged items. I will order from them again.
