There was an issue with shipping the engine I purchased to a residential area! This was clearly stated, I just didn’t take the time to read it…completely my fault. When Full Throttle reached out to me via email to tell me about the extra costs for shipping and lift gate fees, they could tell I didn’t understand, so they took the time to call me and make sure I understood…they even offered to tell my kid what he did wrong to his bike. I haven’t taken them up on that yet, but will soon! Love them
When I ordered my package at the time we ended up having major weather delays which caused US POSTAL to take almost 2 weeks longer than originally estimated. Ended up being very stressful along with almost no updates on the live tracking I thought I wouldn't never see it but package arrived in tack to my surprise. USPS is a nightmare to work with good luck to anyone out there but the seller was amazing . Very helpful everything exactly how described!! Will definitely buy again in future
