Although when I purchased this item and received it in early Dec I identified a piece that was missing. Through numerous emails stating my concerns this seller KB and S communicated and even tried to make this purchase right. Although we couldn't rectify the sale, KB and S tried. I was apprehensive for a refund as I wanted item pictured. The customer service as far as I'm concerned is outstanding. Today after we tried and item lost in transit...refund processed.
