Returns All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Warranty Most parts come with a standard 30 day warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only. Please keep in mind these are Pre-owned parts and we are located in Iowa. Some parts will have rust on them. Some may have imbelishments or modifications that were made to them or something happened during dismantle. If there is an issue with your item we will contact you before shipping to verify you are still wanting your part. If there is an issue and we do not hear back from you via ebay messaging we will cancel your order. No hardware, filters, gaskets, fluids, hoses, wires, brackets, etc. will be included. Your mechanic should have everything or be able to get everything that is needed. Your part MUST be installed by a licensed mechanic in order to keep your 30 day warranty. All parts have been tested and are verified correct fitment before they ship. The pictures you see of the vehicle attached to your listing may not be the state in which it currently is in. If the part you selected has an issue or no longer is in good working condition depending on the part type we may replace the item with another one that is in good working condition. Any body parts (fenders, bumpers, doors, etc.) there will be paint chips, scuffs, etc. these imbelishments should be stated within the listing. We do not send accessories attached to the item with and if we so happen to send them with they are not covered under the 30 day warranty. Again we believe you should use your existing accessories. For example if you order a motor the alternator, starter, ac compressor, power steering pump, etc. are all items that are sold separately and will not be sent with your motor however if you receive a motor with one of these still attached they are not warranted. Part was as described was packaged very well, shipping was very fast and arrived ahead of schedule. The price value for this part was phenomenal, other sellers were priced $100 dollars higher for parts that were dirty and stained! Will definitely buy from this seller again! Side note I had ordered this part from a not so local scrap yard, emailed the seller the day before and after I drove 60 miles only to find out they didn’t have the part and that they crushed the week before!
I’d like to start with communication, I sent multiple questions back and forth on the specific part and bidding ect. They were very responsive and very helpful. This company is honest and up front on description of item. Great value getting my vehicle put back together and packaging was wrapped very well for such a large part.
