I sent an email regarding my order and they responded quick. They were friendly and I expressed why would it take so long to receive my part. I explained I will miss work and they understood my concern so they helped me by sending it priority. I received it earlier than expected and the part fit perfectly and started right up. I was happy with there business.
This item worked perfectly, unfortunately it didn't fix the problem. Packaging was very good for a circuit board item that's a must. Shipping was woefully slow. Not a vendor problem but USPS routing had it going everywhere but to me. Think $130 foe a junkyard part is a bit high especially when you can't send it back but obviously I bought it.
Product was defective but the shipper was great no hassle. Quick response. Got 100% reimbursement. A good company to deal with
