I rated them 5 stars even though the first parts shipped were incorrect. I messaged the seller, 2 hours later the seller calls me, apologizes for the error, then immediately got the correct parts and shipped them expedited shipping. (They are a salvage yard and his guys pulled the wrong part). I own a repair shop so I know that mistakes happen, what really impressed me was the owners recovery from the mistake. Having been in the business for 30+ years, his recovery is what is really important.
This part came exactly as described. It was packaged well and arrived quickly because it was in-state delivery. I would definitely buy from this vendor again if I find myself in need of another used part We were able to get it installed and it works perfectly.
The part is as advertised. It was delivered very fast and packaged better than expected. Even had the connections plugged to maintain no contamination. Price was great for a used part and is an exact match for my truck. Would definitely buy from HK again.
