Took several calls, multiple emails to eBay and to seller to get resolution for terribly inadequate packing materials, box arriving with loose part, steering fluid soaked through box, large hole in box, wet box inside and out, and box was all smashed up due to minimal , 1 thin layer of small bubble wrap, not plastic enclosure to prevent unexpected fluid running out. But finally a supervisor approved RA, a week and a half later, with still more questions about why I thot packing was inadequate.
