This item was accurately described, packaged well, shipped promptly, & arrived w/ minor but correctible damage that clearly occurred during transit. I notified the Seller immediately & received a prompt response, who was engaged & willing to work together on a mutual resolution. A minor replacement part was ordered & the unit restored to its full function & use. With the Seller being excellent & professional to work with, & nothing but a pleasure to do business with. Product came as described and shown in the pictures. Shipping was pretty quick and free which is what ultimately led me to purchasing from this buyer. Packaging was good and nothing appeared to be damaged. I wish the response time to my questions were just a little quicker. Most questions I had were responded to in a few hours to 12+ hours, which wasn’t a deal breaker because they did make sure to answer all of my questions. Overall, this seller was great!
Looked just like the pictures in the ad. Thanks for the rim at a good price. A guy had 4 of these locally for $100, but they had worn out tires mounted & I only needed one for a spare. Like everybody else, trying to reduce the clutter. Ebay sellers are the best, thank you so much, a trustworthy vendor. Thanks too for packing it so well, the shippers are rough with everything lately, but your packing kept the rim in great condition.
