  1. NOT as advertised. I expected a Siri Remote with USBC charging port. The box indicates USBC port, but remote inside the box had a Lightning port. I contacted the seller, they quickly responded & kindly offered a partial refund for the mix up. I replied & accepted their offer but have never received a response or my partial refund. I even reached out a 2nd time with no response. At this point it has been a month and a half with no response or partial refund. At least the remote works fine.
