The box arrived all smashed up and torn. The bad with the hardware inside the box was torn open and I never could find several of the hardware pieces. It looks like someone bought this previously and returned it which would explain the problem. I contacted the seller who responded almost immediately and went above and beyond correcting this issue. As to the final product “yikes.” So great response by the seller but I should have spent the money to purchase a quality product.
Item was shipped promptly/rec'd in 2 boxes, new as described, but had a few parts missing. Seller could not obtain these but gave a partial refund - thank you!
