Item as described - seller shipped the item quickly but the post office was behind on delivery. seller went to the PO to track it down - they stated in communication and notified me once the tracking finally picked up. They graciously refunded the shipping costs due to the inconvenience. The item arrived quickly once the tracking started and it was packed well. Would buy from this seller again.

However, the photos showed the flaw, and I just missed it on my own. A regrettable mistake by me. This was delivered faster (46 hours from ordering) than anything I've ever received (other than from Amazon, who have a warehouse near my house and once delivered something three hours after I ordered it online.) Nice packaging job, too. Color looks somewhat different in real life than in the photos in the listing.
