New, no box. Some scuffs and scratches from warehouse storage.

  1. Received item and was in decent shape, new but had a few scratches on it that didn’t affect the performance of the item. Seller advertised at $779.99 or BEST OFFER, but when we went in and offered one of the preset amounts for the offer, seller countered with $769.99 ($10.00 off) and would not accept any other offer. Seller shouldn’t even put “or best offer” on there if he isn’t willing to accept anything lower…$10.00 off is not a counter offer. But item works.

  2. The Mean Well RS-15-5 was in new condition as advertised, but was inadequately packaged and arrived damaged. However, I am not faulting the seller's packaging. The item has a sheet metal cage, the forces required for the shipper to crush it were extreme. Seller promptly refunded the full purchase price and shipping costs. I would do business with the seller again.

  3. Item sold as new, which eBay states means unopened, however the package had previously been opened which was a little deceptive. The shipping time was fast and it was well packaged. The value was good and the part appears to be new just the packaging was previously opened indicating this was a returned item and not new, unopened as indicated in the sale.
