As advertised, both products and shipping, although it was delivered on last day advertised. The shipper did stay in touch. The crankshaft was shipped in a thin, wooden box that suffered damage enroute, although the crank was not damaged. They also requested a photo of the Cummins engine tag for specific parts selection. I would choose to order from them again, but would realize it could be a delayed time delivery. Satisfied customer!
Had to cancel this Order/Purchase - turned out to be the wrong one for my vehicle. Seller very gracious indeed and agreed to refund, even though he said that the unit had already been posted, but this was not evident to me as the item was still recorded as "Awaiting Postage" when I cancelled the order. Awaiting refund. Thanks.
Everything was good, my only problem was I wasn't Givin any follow-up from my email saying where the item is or if it ship already or delivered but the sell was good an I have no problem...an the part for the top I wish I had gotta that part for the a/C like to connect
