Parcel was not delivered through no fault of Seller. Seller very understanding and gracious about refunding the full price. We are a repeat Customer for this item (this order represented our 2nd one). Nice candles that are are attractive and work well. We are placing another order to replace the Candles that did not arrive, most likely an oversight by the Carrier. We highly recommend not only the product, but the Seller - based upon their integrity, understanding and kind, timely communication.
The seller was fantastic!! I would purchase again. Price was good ,quality of item was good. Fedex was not good. Took 15 days to come from Chino,Ca.to New Jersey a thumbs down on Fedex.None of this is the fault of the seller. I was offered a partial refund and turned it down. Still not the sellers fault. Excellent deal for me my second purchase.Arrived in perfect condition.Its appearance is exactly as pictured on eBay. I think the quality is great for the money.Its small but efficient, they will make great Christmas decorations.Also shipping is way sooner than described mine have been delivered by FedEx each time from a drop shipment address I’m thinking.
