  1. I received a second shop vac after the first one came a little bit damaged and missing a couple parts due to an opening in the cardboard box. They took care of the return shipping label and sent me another vacuum cleaner in a few days. A good purchase and I would most likely purchase again from the seller. Thanks.

  2. I love this little guy, but he doesn't bounce, and arrived loosely packed (no padding at all), in a dish detergent box. He did have a tag attached. I do think he is cute though, but I wish he worked right for the price.

  3. The box came damaged lost two pieces the seller was very cooperative I asked for him to send the two pieces that was missing sent me a whole new one now I just use the other one for spare parts. Good customer service
