the shiny plastic balls were just what I was looking for, good value, nice reflection, so placed the order. In the shipping process, the original order was damaged by the shipper so we contacted the seller. They responded quickly when we told them that several of the balls were broken, they apologized and sent out replacements the same day with no charge.Received the replacements today, all in good condition, would buy from them again, not their fault and the balls are beautiful, do recommend!
