I purchased the chrome luggage rack. The seller sent me a tracking number when they shipped. The part never arrived. After several weeks and in contact with the seller, they immediately refunded my money. No part but, they were a standup seller.
Package took two months to arrive and had very minimal packaging to protect it. Tracking was very minimal and showed no updates. Seller responded after opening un-recieved item case.
