Not going to rate you on shipping time or communication because those experiences made me nervous. I didn’t understand why it said shipped, but you gave no tracking number. I only received a tracking number earlier in the day that I received the actual item on my doorstep in a Home Depot box. Then I understood why there was not one earlier I know you tried to communicate with me that there might be a delay, but I didn’t understand why and it made me uneasy.
