Engine shipped immediately, tracking was available the whole way, communication was beyond excellent, and while there was an issue, it was in a way, out of their control and every effort was made by them to try to correct it. Overall, while im not happy with the shape the engine was in, i AM however, super thankful for the way in which it was handled. Service isnt just grade A, its grade A+!
