Good parts at a very reasonable price, quickly delivered. Only comment is: advert stated they would be delivered Royal Mail 24hr, then were marked as dispatched untracked which had me worried as I didn't know when they were arriving. Then had a message saying they were being delivered by Amazon and a tracking number was provided. In the end they were delivered on time but it was all rather confusing.
Prompt delivery, but unfortunately they didn’t fit correctly. I cannot mark as a negative experience though as the after sales support was phenomenal. Free, easy returns, fantastic comms, and an offer to get the correctly fitting part, which I would have done if I wasn’t in such a rush. I’d recommend this company as their integrity was 100%, willingness to help 100%. Thanks
Good value item when compared to the price of the original manufacturer's part. Item as advertised. Dispatch and delivery was OK, but a little on the slow side. However the packaging was only just a say passable considering the item bought was an electronic sensor (a sensitive part) and yet was not afforded any adequate protection whatsoever.
