Good Seller, purchased as Baxter are excellent replacements and listing shows Royal Mail 24 delivery /same/next day dispatch, however item didn't arrive on 1st or 2nd estimated date (which I waited in both days for) apparently sent with no tracking? when I contacted seller they gave an Amazon number that I was able to trace, dispatched on expected delivery date! and arrived 6 days later, very pleased with part but time scale not accurate and frustrating as car parts usually needed by all asap.
Ordered this item for my aging SAAB 9-5 but sadly it arrived shortly after (same day) the SAAB failed its MOT with a catalogue of issues that rendered it “beyond economic repair” 😳. Contacted this seller to ask if they’d just like it back since it was no longer of any use to me but they went above and beyond in offering a full refund! Initially received the wrong items, I notified them and received a replacement within two days. In addition I recently saw the same product in a petrol station at £4.00 each. Am so pleased I purchased these and will most definitely order from this company in the furniture.
