Pros: The seller offered discounts whenever there were any issues; the seller offered to pay customs duties to compensate for logistics changes; the figurine is beautiful; delivery was on time. Cons: There is no original box, which makes it difficult to determine whether it is an original or a recast. Could be for the glossy eyes. Without a box, it should be considered used and not new and loses value. One part is fragile and has broken during assembly; the negotiation was somewhat unclear.

Absolutely great communication. The item did arrive damaged (which is understandable with the tiny pieces) and they put in a request to the company for a replacement for me. Shipping and prices are a bit high but the item is as described and these things usually are on the pricey end.
