  1. I received the item earlier than expected and well packaged. However the item plug in jack was smaller and did not fit. I responded back to the seller and the seller agreed to exchange with one that would fit. After a few correspondence the seller sent me another AC Adapter and this one fit and worked perfectly. The seller provided me with an excellent customer experience and for that I am very grateful just want to recognize that fact. Thank you so much for the extra effort that you gave.

  2. Got order very late but it was usps fault. I think they lost it twice. Seller was very co-operative and even refunded part of my money because it took so long to get it. Even with everything going wrong that could I still recommend this seller. They didn’t have to do as much as they did but they tried to help me and make me happy. Product was as advertised and works great. USPS needs to go up on quality instead of going up on price.

  3. This seller is awesome. My lights on my reef tank went out. I found this and it fit what I needed. I sent a message and asked if it could be sent to me ASAP. They send it off the next morning and I got it today. My tank lights are as good as new and no lost corals. Thanks!!
