I got a good deal on a replacement sideview mirror for my car and I'm pleased with that. Some caveats. The description for this item was lacking, with no detailed photos of the part dismounted. When I asked the seller about the condition and functionality of the equipment, they didn't give me a straight answer. Lo and behold, it arrived with only 2 out of 3 mounting bolts. It was also sent via a different shipping carrier than advertised and arrived later than expected, but it was well packed.
The wheel was well packed, shipped quickly and near flawless at a great price. The only downside was, they shipped the wrong wheel. The ATS premium has staggered wheels. I ordered the rear 18x9 but received the front 18x8. Even though i still have a cracked rear wheel, All is well as I also needed to replace the front wheel. I did reorder the rear wheel and asked the seller to verify that it’s the correct size. Hopefully they will verify before shipping. Fingers are crossed!!
Shipping and packaging were exceptional. The mirror was shipped fast and packaged safely. The mirror came as described; but unfortunately I had to return the item. It was the correct mirror just the wrong model; it wasn’t a manual folding mirror for Subaru Legacy. However, this company’s response was great. They answered every question and was very helpful and quick with the return process; I’m just waiting for a refund. I will most definitely buy from this company again.
