The item arrived in an timely manor. Was packed very well. Was exactly as described. However I had to return the item because it did not work properly. Even through the return process, the seller was very good to work with. Very apologetic for the difficulties. Very good communication. In the end the seller had no problem issuing a refund. Even thought it didn't work out for me, I would recommend this seller as they seem to be very honest.
There was a miscommunication in my buying experience, as I was actually needing the small upper glovebox door, the woodgrain piece shown in the picture, but I was sent the lower glovebox. I contacted the seller via eBay, and they refunded the entire purchase price without delay or issue; that's excellent customer service! I would not hesitate to purchase from this vendor, via eBay, in the future.
Vendor was very responsive to questions via message application in ebay. Items was shipped quickly, packaged well, and arrive in time to meet my needs. The item also matched the pictures on the site. Although the item was used, it would have been a nice touch if the vendor cleaned up the item a bit before shipping, but very happy with my transaction with the vendor and the price paid for the item.
