  1. Great item. However very poor communication and customer service. The item was supposed to arrive by 1/28/25 and did not even arrive to USPS until 9:17 PM on 1/29/25. The Seller failed to respond to any of the numerous eBay messages over several days nor the Item Not Received request. The lack of customer service response and shipping delays that they blamed on USPS are an issue. People rely on communication when purchasing items as gifts and a failure to respond is not acceptable.
