Good product, good seller. Everything went well, except shipping. Conflicting tracking info and false delivery info. Then ( I believe ) it was re-shipped. So the product arrive much later than indicated. Arrived in a scuffed up plastic ziplock type bag - yes, product had scuff marks on it.
The seller shipped promptly. The item was approximately a half foot short of the description. This does not appear to be the seller's error. The item was packaged in India. I have not used the wick yet. However, it appears to be a quality item.
