It was used for approximately 6 weeks on a Alaska Structures Covid surge tent at a California Hospital. It is in excellent cosmetic condition but we do not have 3 phase at our shop to do any actual testing. This unit retails for about $27,000.00 new and this one is practically new. This system is good for climates where the temperature is -60F to 132F. I am certain it is in working condition and guarantee it will not be DOA. Specifically manufactured by Alaska Structures for use in their portable shelters but it suitable for many other applications. It is a complete high efficiency (9.9-10.8 EER) central airconditioner and heater system mounted in a cabinet to a steel skid. Requires 208V 3ph service and has a 20' Cord. Inside the cabinet is the scroll compressor, evaporator, condensor, (2) condensor fans, heater element and direct drive blower. One side has the cabinet has a 16" diameter air output and a 16" diameter air return. The metal skid is set up for pallet jack or forklift moving. Overall weight is 541 lbs.
