This seller was so sweet & kind to work with! I was going on a trip & wanted to not worry about a package arriving in my absence. They were "used" but smelled like new shoes, & if anything, whoever wore them, simply "broke them in" for me, so I could wear them for hours on end during a road trip & have total comfort with them on!
