The ThinkPad was delivered in a well packaged box, professionally wrapped. The shipping was done on time, and the device was in excellent condition and appearance in a better quality than described in the initial write-up. The machine was clean and operated perfectly which improved its value. Very pleased with the purchase and would by again from seller.
Shipping was pretty quick, the packaging was very good. As a described item, it was missing a component, BUT red door tech refunded me the money to be able to replace the part very honest vendor.
