  1. Item shipped with poor packaging with just an envelope and a thin layer of wrap exposing the laptop to shock and bump during the transit by the carrier. A small dent at the corner of the laptop was resulted on receipt of the item. A small box with some more insulation material would have made a whole lot difference as a respect to the buyer's purchase.
