Sockets arrived quickly but on inspection by my electrician He said they do not carry the UK safety standard code for electrical components, so unable to use as would go against electrical regulations in building control. Seller was understanding and refunded me in full with no problems. My inspector said I had done the right thing as they are illegal to use on a new build or by a licensed electrician in this country. I did not realise this at time of purchase. Appreciated the refund from seller
Received on time well packed reasonably priced only thing is i tried it and it got stuck and won't work it won't retract back I've contacted seller about this and asked to post it back no reply little disappointed as know I have an item that isn't working and out of pocket. It was a gift for Christmas now I have nothing to give. Need to get a response from seller on this matter
Lovely set, just as shown. Carefully packed, although I don't know what to do with all the polystyrene foam! Also, the box says contact them if any breakages but there's no address or contact details anywhere?
