Item was defective. A flat section on the rim of the bowl and a dimple. I felt the integrity was compromised, wanted to ship it back and obtain a refund but the seller balked. Offered 5%, then 10%, then 30% off, however, I ordered a new bowl, not a defective good. I requested a pre-paid shipping label. Seller has sent me a shipping label - now I have to find a box and packing stuff since it was sent to me apparently by hand in a bag.
Boxes seem to be if good quality. I do wish they would have been wrapped in plastic or better yet, a box. They arrived dirty and little dinged up, but they are still usable. Great price.
