I want to be able to give positive feedback regarding the seller, because the interaction and processing of the sale and shipping was great. The things the seller had control over, were wonderful. However, this package was supposed to be delivered 11 days ago and still has not been delivered. Again, I recognize this is beyond the sellers control, but it is frustrating to not receive something when expected. It was shipped through the USPS in the hight of the shut down.
