Signed by Ace Frehley January 2024 at a private signing in Nashville, IN. Includes our Certificate of Authenticity. Signed in white paint pen. This looks amazing in person! Mirrored screen print glass (not a translite) with high resolution trans material mounted to glass. Very rare and high quality. This looks mint to us. Can be used as decoration, and as a replacement back glass for Stern pinball machine. Measures 19x26 inches. We respond to most emails within 24-48 hours. We will not be responsible lost or damaged shipments sent First Class. This is at your own risk. It can sometimes take up to several weeks to arrive this way. All the other shipping options are a lot better than First Class, there is a reason its the cheapest method. We hear from people that they have never had an issue but every shipment is different. We cannot do anything with lost or damaged shipments sent this way. We will not refund or reship for any item sent this way. Item was not available after purchase. A replacment item offered and more than acceptable and received in great condition. USPS had a lot of delays and poor tracking. That was on the Post office service. The seller was great and not at fault for that.
After my purchase got lost by USPS, KISS Army Warehouse immediately sent a replacement even though it was absolutely not their fault. That's outstanding customer service! I will do business with you again. Thank you!
