Even though the shipping packaging was packed well, we ended up needing to return it because the collector item's box itself was severely damaged. The communication about the return & refund was seamless & prompt to resolve, which was amazing. My only critique was that I prefer sellers to disclose and/or include pictures when the display boxes are damaged in their item description so that we can decide before we purchase. Great otherwise
