Took a chance on a used printer and the only thing that's disappointing is that I didnt buy it the first time I saw the listing. It prints absolutely beautifully! The overall condition and apperance is fantastic, it looked almost new. The ink cartridges were even still mostly full. Overall I had a great experience with the seller and they answered all my questions almost immediately. Also this was at a great price with great shipping time!
Bought a RTX5090 Graphics card. Had some tense moments when it looked like it may be lost with USPS.. Worked with the seller who responded promptly. It eventually showed up, and as described. The seller is great, just wish they used a different carrier for such an expensive item. I will leave 5 stars shipping for the seller getting it out, but not for the Postal service.
Arrived before expected and as described, sadly though I believe the graphics card may have been damaged in transit. Not the sellers fault, so I found they have really good customer service. Polite, helpful and fixed the issue as quickly as they could. I would be confident to buy from this company again.
