  1. The item was packed with care and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, two of the corners of the marble base were chipped. I informed the seller about it and they blamed it on shipping and did nothing. There were no marble chips in the package which means the damage happened before shipping. The bronze piece was in good shape and looks great. I'm just very disappointed in the sellers lack of concern or responsibility.

  2. Item is absolute perfection - beautiful tribute to my soccer mad late husband. Postage and packaging was generous and careful. Internal packaging was damaged and therefore grateful for additional external packaging. Timing as expected. Postage cost was extremely high but understandable given weight of item. Value for money relevant to intended purpose. I am happy to recommend this seller.
