A+++ Seller. I ordered the Large Stick Umbrella. Great communication and price. They responded and answered my inquiry regarding the cover/carrier. Excellent packaging and fast delivery. Arrived safely, however, there were two gashes underneath the handle. Apparently damaged in manufacturing. Notified them of the damage. Offered a reasonable discount or return. I elected the return. Refund issued. Even though I did not keep the umbrella, the customer service is superb. Highly recommend.
Drop shippers. Buyer beware. They spent a week tip toeing around the fact that they never had the set to begin with and then eventually messaged me that they had to cancel the order. All while feeding me lies about it being a misplaced order or package. Some nonsense like that. I won’t buy from this seller again.
