  2. Ordered wrong gasket by mistake, since I didn't know that there were two variations for that particular model. Offered to send the wrong gasket back, but was told not to do that and that they would send the right gasket......that was several weeks ago. Messaged them, but no response. Why offer to send the right gasket if you're not going to follow through?

  3. I loved the packaging this seller used. Item was a very small gasket that could easily be lost coming out of envelope if it was not packaged inside something. Seller put item inside sealed clear plastic protection so there was no way the item was going anywhere. Item exactly as described. Great communication too.
