Antique 19th Century Bible Leather Cover - Brass Hinge - Victorian Bible Cover. Beautiful, antique Bible cover. Dates to approximately 1860-1880, during the Victorian era. Clearly has antique wear and is a bit fragile. The corners are worn down. Dark brown leather that is worn down. Embossed/raise print. If you look closely (pictured 3) it says “Jesus and the Samaritan” below the picture of Jesus and the woman at the well. Brass hinge is still intact. Measured about 12” x 9.5”.
